EPA’s SmartWay Excellence Awards recognize high performers that are leading the freight industry to a clean, efficient and more sustainable future.
On October 9th, 2012 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) honored 40 companies in the freight industry with the 2012 SmartWay Excellence Awards for achievements in moving freight more efficiently while reducing carbon dioxide and other harmful emissions.
Gene and Nancy Orlick are honored to be recognized by the EPA for their continued commitment to lessen the impact that our company and industry has on the environment.
In 2007, and now again in 2012, Orlicks Inc has been recognized for this outstanding achievement. The owners and employees promise to continue to invest in new technology, employee training and forward thinking management so we can serve as a role model for other businesses to follow.
